We are talking about the new PepeGroup engine running-in oil and our IELASITUNED engine maintenance oil. As you already know, the first is a special oil developed by the Pepe Group to safely facilitate the very delicate running-in phase for our today's engines. Being a graduated bottle you will never be wrong about the quantity to add to your mixture tank.

The second however is a technical oil for engine maintenance also developed by the Pepe Group at our request. This oil is the same one we use in engine assembly, a very light and anti-oxidant oil that is perfect for your engine maintenance.

After its hugely successful World Championship winning season last year, Ielasi Tuned kicks off 2024 with the release of its new cylinder extractor. Presenting a CAD image of the product concept last May, the Italian company have spent the time since getting the product perfected with Daniele Ielasi knowing a thing or two about rebuilding engines and having extracted one or two liners in his time as an engine tuner! Since 2022 Ielasi Tuned have by technical choice started using a ˜tight fit cylinder for their engines which has proven to be a very important step for reliability. A side effect of this is unfortunately that not all customers find it easy to be able to carry out the classic maintenance on their engine as it was very difficult to be able to remove the cylinder from the crankcase. This is precisely the reason they came up with the idea for creating this extractor. It is made entirely of steel with a spring steel collet which makes it reliable and long-lasting and is sold in its own dedicated carry case. In close collaboration with Corsatec we have worked in recent months to start the year 2024 with this great news to be able to give you the opportunity to have IELASITUNED also in the EP category, thus fully embracing our brand.

The electronic ESC with 250A of power will be the same for both categories, only the software to be used will be different, while we have chosen 1900Kv for the Buggy category and 2650Kv for the GT category.

Finally we officially present the new IELASITUNED EFRA2185FT (onroad) muffler! This new muffler, as seen in the photo, is in a single piece with the IELASITUNED C5+ manifold with the reinforced exhaust pipe to avoid breakage in the event of a crash. This muffler will be sold only with the Hard Coated treatment and also for the future we will differentiate the two versions in this way: the classic 2185kit will always be sold with the C4 manifold with the C5+ optional but there will no longer be the HD version .
The only HD version as previously mentioned will be the Factory Kit 2185FT.
Very importantly, this new one-piece muffler has been approved and accepted by Ifmar and Efra as has already happened for some time also in OffRoad, therefore this muffler kit can be used without any problem at all national and international events However, for any clarification on this matter you can contact the Ifmar/Efra manager who deals with approvals

 I waited a few days before making a post after this fantastic World Championship in Japan because I needed to digest the race well, and after 3 days I can only say one word, INCREDIBLE! Bringing home the TQ and P2&P3 in the final afterwards an hour of racing is something incredible

Toni and Simon were fantastic all weekend, always confirming themselves in the top positions from free practice, to controlled practice, to qualifying and to the final.

Obtaining this result in the premier class where the engine IS THE fundamental component makes me enormously proud of all the work done in the last 3 months before this race together with all my riders, yes I would like to underline it "TOGETHER WITH OUR DRIVERS" because as I always say, without them I would never have been able to achieve these results, and I am very happy to be able to say that my team is like a family made up of riders who dedicate themselves to the cause as if it were their own, helping each other, and this makes me even happier!

Butterfield joins Ielasi Tuned

On what has been a productive day for Ielasi Tuned engines at the 1:8 World Championship, drivers Simon Kurzbuch and Toni Gruber taking a 1-2 in seeding, the Italian company has announced top US racer Bryce Butterfield has joined the team.  Commenting on the announcement from Infinity International RC Speedway in Japan, factory Serpent driver Butterfield said, ˜I would like to thank Daniele and Sabrina for the opportunity to run their World Championship winning engines! Looking forward to running these engines into the future! Coming to a track near you.

Ielasi Tuneds World Champion Edition GP5GTR23

In what has been a massive season for Daniele Ielasis Ielasi Tuned engine brand with it winning both its first World and European Championship titles, the Italian company has marked Toni Grubers 1:8 GT World Championship win in Australia with the release of the ‘World Champion Edition of the GP5GTR23 engine. This version differs from the previous model with 2 small changes on the timing through work on the crankshaft and cylinder. 
 In Sydney, and like everywhere, it was important to go fast in performance but runtime was also vital and with this configuration they were always able to manage the 7-minute runtime comfortably in each qualifying heat without ever losing performance in our engine.  As a finishing touch the engine head graphic have also been redesigned to mark the occasion and the new special edition engine.

I wanted to wait a few days to digest before making a personal post after the victory in Australia, what can I say. I'VE DID IT!!!!
I am World Champion also with my IELASITUNED engines!
For many it may seem like a banal thing but for those who live in this world like me, but in general in any competition, being able to say that your product is World Champion is the crowning of a dream made by many economic and human efforts that few can imagine.
Furthermore, for me it has a very special taste, because being able to say that I was world champion first as a Driver (Lisbon 2008) and then as an Manufacturer (Sydney 2023) is not something for everyone, and if memory serves (correct me if I'm wrong) only Rody Roem has obtained both titles like me when speaking of the Nitro/Car categories, as a driver (Tokyo 1985) and as an manufacturer (Coimbra 1998).
I underline 100% with his own brand, because otherwise there would also be my dear friend, Adrien Bertin who, with the Orion brand, however managed by him in the nitro, was able to win the world title in the buggy as well as previously as a driver.
It's true they are just statistics, details that for many of you mean nothing, but they are those details that for me and for those like me who have lived in this world for a long time now, have an inestimable human/sporting value, if I think from where I left with my dad (whom I will never stop thanking for everything he has done for me, and it is only thanks to him that I have all this today) way back in 1988 until today, 2023, and all the ups and downs spent in these long 35 years, well I can only say: "Well done Daniele, I'm proud of you".

I conclude with thanks..I would like to thank you all one by one but as you can imagine it is impossible certainly in the first place are you Customers and Drivers who believe in me and in my work, without you all this could never exist , THANK YOU!

IELASITUNED IS WORLD CHAMPION 2023 WITH GP5GTR23 ENGINE

Dear pilots, customers and resellers, with this communication we want to shed some light on our new version of the GP9R23 Spec.2 engine. Many people wrote to us asking if our Spec2 version was the same V2 version that made OS with the 2105 because by calling them V2 and us Spec2 it could be misleading that we were talking about the same thing, but this is not the case, therefore we would like to clarify how things are today.
Let's start by saying that the only thing in common that we currently have with the coupling of the OS R2105 V2 and our GP9R23 Spec 2 version is only the piston (which was corrected by OS in June 2023), as in the first R2105 series the piston needed to be revised.
Regarding the sleeve, since May 2023, while OS was thinking about resolving the "piston" issue, in parallel we started working in a different direction from OS with a specific sleeve made especially for us, and we arrived at the European Championship in Portugal with this first mating version with excellent results. However, the famous "difficult running-in" problem still needed to be resolved, which took us a few more months before finally arriving at the definitive coupling for our GP9R23 Spec2.
This first batch of final couplings arrived just 5 days ago and this weekend with the guys we immediately went to the track to run-in the engines and with a bit of satisfaction I can say that we have made a big step forward as now the engines (which however, they must always be run-in with due respect) with a maximum of 2 liters they are ready and solving the unfortunately old problem of scratching€� during running-in by 90%.

I say 90% and not 100% simply because I don't want to stop here with development and in close collaboration with OS I want to get to next year where perhaps we can increase the simplicity and reliability of our engines even further.
Therefore, in collaboration with OS, from today our Spec2 couplings will already be marked in a different way by OS company. As you can see from the attached photo, our final cylinders will have the 3mm collar without any lines running around them as is the case in the original OS R2105 cylinders, this is because externally the IELASITUNED sleeve may appear identical to the original OS one as it all the processing of the transfers are the same, but in reality both externally and internally the cylinder has different technical characteristics requested exclusively by us and therefore we have chosen to differentiate it in this way.
I hope this clarification has been exhaustive, so always stay tuned with us as more news is about to arrive.

CAMPIONATO NATIONALE AMSCI 1/8 PISTA 2022

I waited a day before saying something about this European track 1/8On Road.. first of all congratulations to Dario Balestri, Massimo Fantini and Massimo Mannucci for winning the title; there is no doubt that Dario is one of the strongest drivers in the world and that Massimo is the best trained engineer in this category, and it is precisely for this reason that every challenge with them is always a stimulus and an honour. Having said that, what can I say I am very happy!!!

I know it may seem strange that I say this despite not having won the race, but there is a reason and only those who experience this job the way I do it can understand.. it has been two hard and long months of preparation for this European, tests on testing, running-in problems running-in and more running-in, but when we started riding on the track here in Portugal on Monday (where the engine really mattered a lot) with our riders we understood that all our hard work done previously was paying off. the new GP9R23s were going really really fast, and to say it myself that I don't like to expose myself directly when talking about my products, it's because the satisfaction was  really great. I also want to speak in the plural because I would never have done it alone, and therefore I want to thank everyone individually starting with Junichi Shimazaki (OS) who without their support (and patience) all this would never have been possible and Mattia Collavo-Toni Gruber-Robert Pietsch-Gandin Jonathan who without their help on the track I would never have been able to understand and solve so many things. Finally, I thank again all the IELASITUNED pilots present at this European championship, a good 22% (double last year), you are my strength to go on because without you all this could never exist.

We are pleased to introduce a very useful item for our IELASITUNED customers, the tight fit cylinder puller. As all our on-road customers already know, since 2022 we have (by technical choice) started using a "tight fit" cylinder for our GP9R22 engines which has proved to be a very important step for the reliability of our engines. On the other hand, unfortunately, not for all our customers it was easy during the past year to be able to carry out the classic maintenance on their engine as it was very difficult to be able to remove the cylinder from the crankcase, and sometimes for someone it was even a important problem.

Precisely for this reason, in recent months we have thought about creating this extractor which finally makes it easier and safer to extract the cylinder from your GP9R22 and GP9R23 entirely made of steel with the "spring steel" collet which makes it reliable and long-lasting.

Developed on the basis of the consolidated Dirt R, the new Dirt R Evo is a small upgrade compared to the previous model:
-New LCG head (like that of the Dusty RCE)

For the tenth anniversary of IELASITUNED (there are twenty if we also consider when we started with the IDM) the new GP9R'23 is the icing on the cake of this triptych of engines that took place in one month, starting from the new GP3R'23 passing through the new GP5GTR'23 and ending as we said with the new GP9R'23.

Born from the basis of the new OS R2105 but customized in some aspects as always happens in our engines:

- IELASITUNED exclusive crankcase backplate

- 9-light cylinder but with “tight fight”  treatment as in the GP9R'22 to increase reliability

-New lightened cooling (-8grams)

-New customized crankshaft. Obviously the engine will always have other details already used in the previous version and as always they will be prepared and assembled one by one by us.

GT engine by IELASITUNED, the new GPGTR23

Finally here we are, the new GP5GTR'23 is now available!
Unfortunately, we had a little more delay than expected because, being a GT engine totally different from the OS version, this required more time to prepare all the engine components.

New carburettor (21J), new underhead with OR, on-road crankshaft with tungsten weights, new engine backplate, new coupling and new LCG head with 2023 graphics, make the new GP5GTR'23 ​​no longer a tuned version of the basic version OS, but rather an IELASITUNED EXCLUSIVE engine for the cardan GT category.

This new version of our GP3 is an upgrade of the previous version with some small improvements that we have developed and tested until a few months ago.

A new engine back plate, crankshaft worked differently and the new smaller and lighter cooling head with new graphics are the substantial differences of this new version.

My collaboration with Daniele started in 2017 as official driver and today will continue as official tester and trackside support. I am sure it will be a great racing year for Ielasi Tuned drivers and customers�.

We are pleased to announce the new GP5GTR22 engine at its official debut during the GT European Championship in Lostallo!
This engine, unlike the previous model, has been improved in performance, as fuel consumption has always been comfortably above 7 minutes with the old GP5GTR; more acceleration and more speed on the straight line mean that this engine raises the level even more in this category that is increasingly gaining ground and is in full evolution.
This upgrade also includes the new, lighter cooling head than the previous one (-15grams), which will optimize the handling of your model car.
You just have to contact your IELASITUNED store / distributor, the new GP5GTR22 is waiting for you !!!

IELASITUNED new GP9R 22 on-road engine

Clearly we are not talking about a completely new engine but rather an evolution of the previous GP9R.

The evolution is mainly linked to the reliability of the 9 ports sleeve which unfortunately was not very high in the previous version.

After months of tests together with our pilots, and research in various surface treatment companies, we carried out a treatment outside the sleeve which increased the reliability and at the same time the performance, (as the piston works much better than before), eliminating internal vibrations that were deleterious.

The new GP9R22 has also changed its external look, red lettering and the crankcase cap make the engine more attractive and visually different from the previous version.

I would like to announce that the engines are already available, and just this weekend they make their debut with our 3 official drivers (Gruber, Pirani and Collavo) at the capricorn trophy in Fiorano.

IELASITUNED NEW DIRT R OFFROAD

This year we decided to start the year by presenting the brand new engine for the Off Road category, the DIRT-R.
Developed on the basis of OS new B2104, the new DIRT-R takes a lot of inspiration from our previous DIRT model but with a substantial difference, 3 ports instead of 5 ports.
The new engine backplate is modified with our specifications, the intake and exhaust phases customized to optimize fuel consumption and power delivery, together with other small details make the DIRT-R an engine of a higher level than its predecessor. .

Contact your local distributor or dealer as soon as possible because (with great pleasure) we can tell you that the first batch of engines sold out immediately, but don't worry, the second batch of engines will be arriving in February. .

Ryan Cavalieri to use Ielasi Tuned engines

Ielasi Tuned have announced the signing of US 1/8th offroad front runner Ryan Cavalieri to their team for the 2022 season and beyond. Ryan, a 4 time World champion and 29 time US National champion, will use Ielasi Tuned nitro engines at all major National and International races. Ryan has to say following about the deal, I am super excited to be joining Ielasi Tuned engines for 2022. I feel with Danieles knowledge and passion for engine building we will have great success together.

We are pleased to announce that we at IELASITUNED will also be introducing our carburetor rubber rings in our products from next week.
Having taken a cue from other brand, but choosing to make them in black plastic (Derlin) instead of aluminum, our rings are in 3 different diameters to be used throughout the range of IELASITUNED motors and also for those who own OS motors. Obviously they will be standard from now on in all our engines, a small functional object and purposely black in color to be minimally invasive in the look of your engine, making those ugly clamps used up to now disappear permanently.

here is the new IELASITUNED Pipe Kit for category 1: 8 on-road, the new 2115R kit by hipex. This muffler as many know exists already on the market produced by hipex, but with our collaboration modifying some aspects we have created a dedicated muffler kit with a new manifold IT02 for your GP9.
